Diversity and inclusion
Providing 21st-century healthcare facilities goes beyond simply constructing new buildings. It's about creating an environment that promotes exceptional patient care, supports the safety of medical professionals and leaves a lasting positive impact on the communities we serve.
Working in partnership with key healthcare providers across the UK, US and Hong Kong, we invest in, design, build, and maintain healthcare facilities ranging from small, specialist units through to large, complex, multi-disciplinary hospitals.
Our expertise is demonstrated through projects including the world-renowned academic medical centre at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, the state-of-the-art Midland Metropolitan University Hospital in the UK and the HKU Medical Complex Extension in Hong Kong.
As the world responded to the COVID-19 pandemic, we swiftly mobilised to deliver critical facilities such as the Rosalind Franklin Laboratory, a world-class facility capable of processing thousands of PCR tests a week in Royal Leamington Spa; the temporary NHS Louisa Jordan Hospital in Glasgow; and 700 COVID-19 quarantine units in just 87 days at Penny’s Bay, Hong Kong.
As a long-term partner to healthcare providers, we’re constantly exploring new ways of working that improve productivity and quality. Recently, we've taken part in two 'Sandpit' projects, collaborating with the Manufacturing and Technology Centre in Coventry. These initiatives explore innovative ways of working that could revolutionise how healthcare facilities are constructed in the future. By embracing change and pushing boundaries, we aim to create environments that enhance care delivery and positively impact communities, shaping the future of healthcare facilities for the better.
