Balfour Beatty Communities has been recognized by CEL & Associates, Inc. for excellence in customer service across its Army housing portfolio, earning both Platinum A List Awards and A List Awards. The awards are based on satisfaction surveys submitted by residents living in Army family housing communities managed by Balfour Beatty Communities.
“Our goal is 100% resident satisfaction as we strive to serve those who serve our country every day,” said Balfour Beatty Communities senior vice president Anne-Marie Niklaus. “We are very pleased to earn this recognition based on the direct feedback of our residents.”
As part of the survey, residents graded the company on everything from leasing and operations, to housing unit features, appearance and condition, as well as the quality of maintenance services, resolution response time, resident communications, and other important service criteria.
Balfour Beatty Communities earned a total of 19 awards for its Army housing communities located at Carlisle Barracks (PA), Fort Detrick (MD), Fort Gordon (GA), Fort Jackson (SC), Fort Stewart (GA), Fort Story (VA), Picatinny Arsenal (NJ) and White Sands Missile Range (NM).
The A List Awards for Customer Service were developed by CEL & Associates, Inc. to recognize companies whose management performance and commitment to the highest level and quality of customer service are considered to be the best in the industry. CEL is the largest independent surveyor of customer opinions in the real estate industry and conducts more than 2,500,000 customer surveys annually to establish service and performance benchmarks used throughout the U.S.
