Balfour Beatty announces disposal of 50% stake in Borden Data Centre in Canada

Balfour Beatty announces the completion of the disposal of its 50% stake in the Borden Data Centre project in Ontario, Canada.
Balfour Beatty’s 50% interest, and the remaining 50% interest held by Forum Equity Partners, has been acquired by Fiera Infrastructure Inc.
As a result of the disposal, neither party hold an equity interest in the project. Forum Equity Partners will continue to provide management services for the project.
The transaction is consistent with the Group’s stated strategy of optimising value through the disposal of operational assets, whilst also continuing to invest in new opportunities.
