Balfour Beatty has featured in Project Scotland and Scottish Construction Now showcasing the success of its Equate Scotland ConStructEd programme.
The programme saw 32 women and minority-gender construction students from across Scotland develop their practical and employability skills, working as a team to build two working wind turbines and a bridge structure.
Bethany Welsh, Social Impact Advisor at Balfour Beatty, said: “The enthusiasm and talent displayed by the students is truly inspiring, and we look forward to seeing their continued contributions in the future to a diverse industry.”
