Balfour Beatty features in Construction News discussing early careers in the industry

Balfour Beatty has featured in Construction News discussing the benefits of undertaking apprenticeships and T-levels in the construction and infrastructure industry. 

In the article, Ryan Mayor, Balfour Beatty’s Early Careers Development Manager, explains that apprenticeships and T-levels provide an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and insight to support skills development.

He said: 'A placement in the desired industry or target organisation gives the learner an opportunity to “combine both their academic studies with real-world experience, sampling the unique culture and operational realities of that specific organisation."
