Creating an inclusive business
Much of our work to date has been focussed on gender balance as this is where our thinking and action is most developed. We recognise that all elements of diversity and inclusion are equally important and are evolving our approach.
As a result of our actions, the overall percentage of women in the business has increased to 18.7% since 2020, including the improvement of the gender balance on our Board and Executive teams.
