What you'll be doing

Installation, maintenance and reactive repairs of Fire Alarm systems and associated fire equipment. Required to undertake the maintenance, repair and installation of fire systems in accordance with current code of practice, manufacturers requirements and British and European Standards.



  • To repair, maintain and install Fire Detection and associated equipment in accordance with the relevant standards, and specific system specifications.

  • Ensure all work is finished in an efficient and proper manner in accordance with company standards and protocol.

  • Adhere to and ensure industry best practice.

  • To carry out all work in a safe and diligent manner.

  • Delivery and collection of assets and materials.

  • Implementing risk assessments and method statements as and when required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, uphold company values and expected behaviours.

  • Stay up to date with relevant regulatory codes and standards.

  • To comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.


 

Who we're looking for


  • Fire Detection install, maintenance and fault-finding experience. 

  • Able to demonstrate understanding of current standards. 

  • Experience in the industry with practice, hands-on experience. 

  • Trade qualifications related to Fire. 

  • Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety. 

  • Willingness to work flexibly and embrace new challenges.

  • The role will involve travel, to sites UK-Wide, depots and supplier premises, staying away from home is infrequent but you must be willing to accommodate as and when required.
