About Hinkley Point C


The first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years; Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.


Marking a significant milestone in the revitalisation of our nuclear power industry, Hinkley Point C will make a major contribution to the UKs move to reduce carbon emissions. The electricity generated by its two EPR reactors will offset 9 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions a year.

What you'll be doing

As a Data Co-ordinator in the Health & Surveillance team, will have the following responsibilities,



  • Co-ordination of all health surveillance for the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point.

  • Maintaining and updating databases and trackers with correct information, while ensuring compliance with GDPR.

  • Highly Administrative and data input tasks.

  • Ensuring that any appointments are booked & communicated out to relevant individuals and managers in a timely manner.

  • Providing feedback on information from Health Certificates to HR,
    Health and Safety and Line Managers and updating and Recording outcomes where necessary.

  • Liaising with Hinkley Health (on site Health Team) and project partners regarding issues and appointments.

  • Assisting with development of processes and procedures.

  • High levels of attention to detail.

  • Ability to achieve a high level security clearance for sit access.
