What you'll be doing
- Ad hoc business support including general enquires, assistance requests
and referrals, HS&W Conferences/Roadshows and administration support
for the HS&W Projects Manager.
- Assist with the creation and updating of Office 365 HS&W Function and
Zero Harm Campaign pages.
- Administration of functional email inboxes and distribution lists.
- Weekly Best Practice and Incident Report administration.
- Administrative support for HS&W Directors,
including monthly reporting, meeting preparation and statistical analytics.
- Provide technical administrative support and coordination for the HS&W
team within respective areas.
- Compile and coordinate HS&W reports for required areas of the business on
a monthly basis.
- Assist with the administration of the staff suggestion scheme for the
HS&W function.
- Arrange travel as required for the wider HS&W function.
- Support Serious Incident Investigation meetings, by producing agenda,
chasing actions and following up meetings by producing lessons learned.
- Maintain incident and insurance files.
- Update HS&W documentation in line with changes to the Business
Management System.
