What you'll be doing

As an Apprentice Engineering Operative, you would assist in building, maintaining, and improving equipment, learning how to use tools and technology to solve real-world engineering challenges. From assembling components to inspecting machinery, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled engineers. Whether it’s fixing a fault or making sure production lines stay on track, your role helps keep everything running like clockwork.

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience. No formal qualifications are required for our Level 2 Apprenticeship, as it offers a blend of practical, on-the-job training alongside structured learning to help you develop key skills.
