Balfour Beatty is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator to contribute to the Net Zero Teesside project based at our new site in Redcar-in-Cleveland on Teesside

What you'll be doing

The role will provide technical administration to the NZT HS&W Function in support of the effective and efficientndelivery of the NZT Project.


Duties include: 



  •  Monitoring and maintaining the project Observation Reporting data / system

  • Coordinating and managing the project ‘Monitoring and Review’ process (audits, inspections, reviews etc.).

  • Maintaining the project register for all toolbox talks, briefings, alerts etc.

  • Management filing of all documentation relating to the project ‘Setting to Work’ process (task briefs, etc.).

  • Maintaining and updating HS&W files / folders on Project document control system.

  • Providing HS&W data in support of reports / KPI’s.

  • Support meetings and other events, including arranging meeting rooms and any other required logistics.

  • Work with the Project HS&W team to promote Zero Harm and continuous improvement of performance through special projects, local initiatives and HSES improvement plans.

  • Support other members of the HS&W team as required.

Who we're looking for

Essential skills/Experience required:




  • Possess knowledge and have experience in a similar role

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
