About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join our outstanding Major Projects team to work at our Old Oak Common development in London – join us and be part of the largest construction project in the UK.


HS2s new c. 1 billion Old Oak Common station will become the UKs best-connected rail station once completed. Our Balfour Beatty VINCI SYTRA joint venture will be responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the station in Northwest London.


Upon completion, the new station will boast six underground platforms and up to eight platforms on the adjacent Great Western Main Line. Old Oak Common will also provide highspeed rail services to the Midlands, central London, Scotland, and the North, as well as direct services to three major airports. Incorporating passenger and retail facilities, the new station will provide an exceptional customer experience for both passengers and visitors to the station.


We are looking for Quality Administrator to join our team at BBVS – Old Oak Common. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and administrative skills. You will play a key role in supporting the management of our Integrated Management System (IMS) while working with data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing


  • Develop and maintain knowledge of BBVS IMS and integrate relevant elements from Balfour Beatty’s Business Management System (BMS).

  • Support the documentation, review, and continuous improvement of the IMS.

  • Manage the IMS user interface and ensure project teams have access and training.

  • Monitor document status and ensure timely updates and revisions.

  • Analyse audit findings, lessons learned, and trends to drive improvement.

  • Support development and maintenance of project reporting dashboards (IMS, Handover, Audit, TAR).

  • Assist in deploying digital field tools for better information management.

  • Lead the annual HSEQ management review in compliance with ISO standards.

  • Deliver training, workshops, and coaching to improve IMS awareness.

Who we're looking for

Essential Skills & Experience:



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in an administration/analyst role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organised, meticulous, and adaptable

  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges


Desirable Skills & Experience:



  • CQI Practitioner (PCQI)

  • Understanding of Business/Integrated Management Systems (BMS/IMS)

  • Experience using Power BI
