What you'll be doing
- Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to create schedules for contracts, procurement, baselines, and tracking.
- Track & monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
- Identify and communicate schedule challenges, risks, and conflicts, and provide corrective suggestions and creative solutions.
- Ensure continuous improvement and implementation of lessons learned.
- Identify and manage risk in the project schedules.
- Understand the contract requirements and the opportunities and risks therein.
- Monitor Plant, Labour and Material use and reconcile against baseline schedules.
Who we're looking for
- You must hold a Civils or Construction Engineering qualification to ONC/HNC/Degree level with at least 3 years relevant professional planning experience.
- A member of a relevant engineering professional body is ideal but not essential.
- Technically proficient with a good understanding of how to build project schedules and have the professional credibility to engage and inspire others.
- Able to engage & communicate with team members regarding developing and implementing scheduling tasks.
