What you'll be doing

• Manage and monitor all entry and exit points for vehicles, staff, and visitors.


• Ensure all personnel and visitors sign in and out.


• Distribute flashcards to visitors with the site rules.


• Ensure the site is kept secure throughout the shift.


• Open and lock gates at the start and end of each day.


• Record and direct deliveries to the appropriate site supervisor.


• Ensure all deliveries comply with site rules, turning away vehicles that do not meet requirements.


• Liaise with site staff to plan and manage the day’s delivery schedule.


• Safely direct vehicles and manage traffic flow on site.


• Ensure the safety of public walkers and vehicles in pedestrian-access areas.


• Assist visitors and present a positive, professional image of the company.


• Report any issues or incidents to the site team.

Who we're looking for

• Are confident, assertive, and approachable.


• Have excellent communication skills and can engage with professionals at all levels, visitors, and members of the public.


• Are highly alert and observant, maintaining a focus on security and safety at all times.


• Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills to accurately log activities.


• Are flexible and adaptable, particularly when working in remote locations.


• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential


• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.


• Willingness to work in a remote project location.
