What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the regional social impact manager, create and deliver project Social Impact requirements on multiple projects
- Third Sector Engagement
- Report and monitor all Social Impact measures which includes evidencing local labour, local spend, arranging work experience, recruitment from priority groups and community-based activities
- Awareness of internal and supply chain apprentices
- Co-ordinate and deliver workshops within schools and FEs in areas of STEM and construction
- Coordinate charitable donations and community-based volunteering
- Support project team with CCS audits on site
- Develop project approach to engaging with education locally

- Previous experience in delivering, monitoring, and evidencing social impact
- Understanding of the third sector
- Knowledge of the education system
- Experience of working with Priority Groups or those furthest from employment
