Apprenticeship levels

Launch your career with our intermediate apprenticeship

We offer two exciting paths: trade, technical and business. Both provide hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications like a Level 2 competence qualification, and a competitive salary. No formal qualifications are needed for this level of apprenticeship.

What you get

Combined on-the-the-job and classroom learning: you'll spend time at college developing essential skills and applying them in practical projects within our business.

Valuable qualifications: you could achieve an NVQ Level 2, a Level 2 Diploma in your chosen field, and Level 2 Maths and English.

Excellent benefits: in addition to a competitive salary, you can expect perks like a pension, flexible benefits, the chance to join our Share Incentive Plan, and up to 25 days annual leave a year. We'll even cover your college fees.

Fast-track your career: our apprenticeships typically last two years, but you could finish early if you exceed expectations.

A simple application process: there are no formal entry requirements for our intermediate apprenticeships. Aptitude tests might be necessary for trade apprenticeships, depending on the role.

Future opportunities: our trade apprenticeships can lead to roles in carpentry, construction, engineering, plumbing, and more. Business apprenticeships offer pathways in finance, HR, marketing, and general management. You could even progress to an advanced apprenticeship.
